What are your plans for the future?
My plans are to find a job in which I can apply my video editing skills, regardless of field.
Describe a defining moment in your time in the School of the Arts.
Probably the most personally successful moment in my time at KU was during the production of the short film "Knock Knock," for which I was the sound recorder and editor. It was freshman year, and I spent the day with my 3 project teammates (Zach Boehm [director], Andrei Kartashov [cinematographer], and Harry Pound [director]) and our actress shooting the film. At one point I had to meticulously color correct a doorway to make it appear as nighttime, and personally I believe it was worth it as we won the departmental "Tensie" award for Best Drama.
What has influenced your creativity here at KU?
My creativity generally comes from the world around me and being stuck in my own head.
